Deerick Smith is currently the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Southside School District in Batesville Arkansas and works at many great school districts throughout the state. Deerick also does a variety of personal training and online programming for different school districts and individual clients throughout the US. A CSCS Certified Strength Coach, Coach Smith graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2014 where he played football and earned All-Conference, All-Region and All-American Honors as an offensive lineman. “I look forward to connecting with the users of the blog and helping spread my passion and knowledge for strength and conditioning and training.”
