ave Brummert is an Exercise Specialist at the National Training Center in Clermont, FL where many of the fastest sprinters in the world train, including Shaunae Miller Uibo and Noah Lyles. He holds a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and a Masters Degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science, and has worked in the field for over 12 years, both as a Certified Athletic Trainer and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He's an avid outdoor enthusiast, having ridden his bicycle 4000 miles across the United States of America in 2005, and finishing in the top 10% at the Spartan World Championships in Killington, VT in 2014.
