My name is Demetrius Bailey, and I am currently the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Birmingham-Southern College. My background includes a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Alabama, followed by internships at Southern Performance Strength and Conditioning, EXOS, Samford University, and the University of West Florida. The University of West Florida was where I moved on to be a Graduate Assistant and then an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, while obtaining my M.S. in Physical Education and Human Performance.
