Dustin Dailey is in his third year as Director of Sport Performance for Women’s Basketball at Wake Forest University. Throughout his career, he has coached at six universities across all three divisions of the NCAA covering 19 sports. He has also coached privately covering general population, speed skating, and tactical (military, police, fire, EMS, etc.) athletes. The El Paso, Texas native was a student-athlete at the University of Maryland and a quarterback/wide receiver for the Terps. He graduated with a BS in kinesiology in 2015. Dustin then went on to earn his MS in Applied Health Physiology in 2018 from Salisbury University where he served as a Sport Performance Graduate Assistant. Dustin’s hobbies include online gaming with his father, brother, nephew, and friends around the country, fishing, and Olympic weightlifting. He is also an anime fan. In November 2023, Dustin proposed to his girlfriend, Christina, in Hawaii. She said yes and they are happily engaged. They live together in Winston-Salem, North Carolina with their cat, Chip.
