Jena Ready is entering her firt year as the Director of Sports Performance for Women's Basketball at Clemson University. Prior to Clemson, Ready spent four years as the Director of Sports Performance for Women's Basketball at Wake Forest University. Ready came to Wake after spending most of 2017 and 2018 as the associate head strength and conditioning coach at Winthrop University. During her time at Winthrop, she worked with the women’s basketball, women’s tennis, women’s lacrosse, men’s golf and cross-country teams.She went to Winthrop after two seasons as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Lenoir-Rhyne. While earning a master’s degree in sports and exercise, she worked with nine programs on campus. As a member and captain of the Women's Lacrosse team, Ready graduated from Queens University with a bachelor’s degree in sports and exercise in 2015.
