Matt Sagar is the head strength and conditioning coach at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, a position he has held since the start of the 2014-15 academic school year. Prior to his arrival at Saint Mary’s, Sagar served as a strength and conditioning graduate assistant at Winona State University in Winona, Minn.. Sagar earned his Master's degree in Education Leadership with an emphasis in Sports Management in May of 2014. Prior to his stent as a graduate assistant, Sagar served as an intern at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, working with the Husker football team and learning from their staff. He also served as a student strength and conditioning intern at Central College in Pella, Iowa, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.
