Named Director of Strength and Conditioning at Central Washington University in May of 2017 after serving as Interim Director for 7 months prior. Prior to joining Central Washington as a graduate assistant for football in 2014, Erik Hoium was the assistant strength and conditioning coordinator for football and linebacker coach at Olivet Nazarene University (Bourbonnais, Ill.). Hoium received his Bachelor's of Arts in PE-Exercise Science from Pacific Lutheran University and earned his Master's Degree in Athletic Administration from Central Washington University. He has been an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2013.
