Carmen Pata is a professional weightlifter, having competed in Olympic-style weightlifting, or Olympic weightlifting and Strongman since 2001. Carmen has won numerous awards in Strongman competitions, Pan American Games, World Masters Games, and the U.S. National Meet. Pata continues to coach, train, and develop young athletes. He is the head Strength and Conditioning coach at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls where he is actively involved in all of the varsity sports team on campus and plays a major part in the community.
