Many coaches have already expressed a lot of delight with our recent summer feature release. Now that school has resumed and sports are beginning season, we have just released a new batch of features for this Fall:
We think it's good to reinvent yourself every once in a while! And since we just released a new version of our product, we thought we would give our website a facelift and show everyone what we look like!
Lots of coaches love our strength and conditioning software - in fact, most of our new clients come from word of mouth! Since coaches are willing to do this for us, we thought we would return the favor and create a new referral program. Now, when a TeamBuildr customer refers a new customer -we'll give them 10% off their subscription price!
It's not a mystery that TeamBuildr has a lot of potential to leverage the data it collects from all the athletes. So, we've started working on it and have installed a new reporting feature for customers which will report workout completion by the team as whole or by individual athletes. However, this is just the beginning.
Soon, we will be implementing advanced reports based on workout load, volume, intensity, and more. Many coaches look for these when creating workouts in Excel - it only makes sense we deliver the same capability in a better, faster, and more efficient way.
Coaches spoke. We listened. With the attendance taking feature, coaches can now quickly mark down which players attended that day's workout and report on past attendance. Check out the short video below to see it in action:

If a strength trains via a private practice or contracts their services to multiple teams/schools, TeamBuildr now has the capability to seamless manage all those athletes in a single account.
"Account Toggling" allows a strength coach to toggle between schools or teams using a dropdown selection. For instance, if a coach trains a local high school team and a local college team, he or she can then select the team when logging on in order to build workouts and send messages without sharing a portal with another school.
It wasn't long ago TeamBuildr was free to every coach no matter how many athletes they had! However, that quickly had to go once we encountered growth and had to experience the costs of providing a web-based service (data servers!). Therefore, our player limit has been reduced to 10 athletes, down from 25. TeamBuildr will still be no charge at all in the Basic version.
Basically, some strength coaches wanted to edit the roles some sports coaches (and others) had in TeamBuildr including editing lifts, etc. Now, the master admin can curb the types of capabilities other coaches have within TeamBuildr.
In addition to lowering the player limit, we have also made other advanced features only available for paying subscribers including reporting, PDF packet builder, custom team skins & custom team portals (mascot.teambuildr.com).
Team Texting, Advanced Reporting (Volume, Load, and Intensity) and more!
