5 Pictures from Tennessee Football "Late Night Lift"
Not long ago, University of Tennessee's football set out to have a Late Night Lift complete with strobe lights and a live DJ in their fantastic weight room which connects directly to their indoor practice facility. What started out as what looks like a grueling workout turned into a competition and then broke out into a dance circle. When it was all said and done, the team lost the dri-fits and posed for a group picture showing off their late night swell.
We already featured the Miami Hurricanes doing this earlier this offseason and we think it may just be the next big trend for weight rooms around the country. And as tough as the SEC is, this shows you can have a little fun while you're at it which is why we decided to feature the top five pictures from Tennessee Football "Late Night Lift".
