How do the Auburn Tigers plan on defending their SEC title, beat the Crimson Tide AND return to the National Championship? Well, Auburn Strength and Conditioning Coach Ryan Russell just released a 5 minute video giving us a glimpse into what training looks like at the SEC powerhouse. If you want to play football in the SEC, here's a little hint at what it looks like:

Auburn Strength and Conditioning Coach Releases Video

Here what Al.com had to say about the video:

"Auburn strength and conditioning coach Ryan Russell has drawn rave reviews from the rest of the Tigers' staff ever since he was hired as part of Gus Malzahn's original staff to prepare players to play in the hurry-up no-huddle.

But Russell is rarely made available for interviews, leaving his methods something of a mystery, at least until Russell and the Auburn video staff released a highlight video of the Tigers working out this summer.

In the video, players can be seen doing a wide range of training exercises, including change-of-direction drills and running in a sand pit, a wide variety of strength and explosion exercises and plyometrics, along with a lot of lower-body work designed to improve explosiveness."
