Pricing Announcement

There is no easy way to announce this to our customers, so we decided to be as direct as possible and announce as soon as our decision was made. Prices will be changing effective January 1, 2020. For existing customers under contract the price change will go into effect for renewals taking place after August 1, 2020:

As many of you know, we are not an investment-funded company which keeps outside financial interests from influencing how we develop our product (chasing dollars). However, in order to acquire talented developers, build innovative features and continue to grow, we need to update our prices to reflect our value.

In some ways, this increase may be overdue. For example, the Platinum plan has been the same price for over 7 years now.

However, we took a careful look at our competitive market and decided to set our new prices still lower than competitors while delivering more features. When adjusting monthly, our average price is going up $.11 cents per athlete per month. This is precisely the reason we are publishing a public blog post about it and will be emailing all customers as well - we believe this move will give us a bigger competitive advantage.

We are committed to building the best software for our customers at the best value. With the additional funds, we will to continue to improve our existing product and bring new features to improve our customer experience at a more rapid rate.
